Kide, Mondragon Unibertsitatea and Esneki (Leartiker): a new example of inter-cooperation in MONDRAGON
The industrial cooperative, the university and the technology centre have developed a project aimed at manufacturing a ripening chamber for small cheese dairies and cheese producers. The result has been a resounding success.
The tech start-up Wooptix, in which MONDRAGON, Danobatgroup and Fagor Automation have held stakes since 2023, visited various MONDRAGON sites last Thursday to share updates, explore opportunities for collaboration and gain first-hand insight into some of the technological capabilities of the cooperative ecosystem.
This growth is driven by internationalisation and the expansion of sectors such as aerospace and energy.
MONDRAGON achieved a turnover of €11,322 million and created 1,346 new jobs in 2025
In 2025, MONDRAGON consolidated its position as one of the leading drivers of economic growth and employment, with increased sales, 1,346 new jobs and an investment of €406 million, despite the international uncertainty.
