Esther Korta, new Manager of Dikar

Since January, Esther Korta (Arrasate, 1973) has been the new Manager of the cooperative Dikar, based in Bergara and specialising in the manufacture of leisure goods. She replaces former Manager Juan Ángel García, who has now become Vice-Chairman of the MONDRAGON Corporation’s Equipment Division.
With a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of the Basque Country (UPV) and a Master’s Degree in Finance, also from the UPV, Esther began her professional career in 1997 as Planning Manager at Geyser-Gastech. She joined Dikar in 1999, beginning work as an administrative officer. In July 2004 she became the Manager of the Accounts Department and was appointed Finance Manager in 2010, combining this position with the post of Director of the Human Resources Department and IT management. In addition to all these posts, she had also been Dikar’s Chairwoman since 2004 and chaired the Equipment Division since 2008. The vast experience she has built up in these posts and her overall knowledge of the company made her a serious candidate for Manager of Dikar.
Congratulations, Esther, and good luck in this new stage of your career!
