Actor Michael Sheen visits MONDRAGON

The Welsh actor visited MONDRAGON accompanied by representatives from Prospektiker, Mondragon Unibertsitatea, and the Young Foundation.
The reason for his visit was to find out more about the cooperative group and get ideas for transforming the valley of the Welsh town of Port Talbot, which has a steelworks employing around 4,000 people and is currently immersed in a restructuring process. Michael Sheen has in fact created a Foundation to help the socio-economic transformation process in Wales. Apart from being a Hollywood star (Masters of Sex, The Queen, Frost/Nixon, The Twilight Saga, etc.), he is also a leading figure in the fight against inequality in the UK.
The photo, taken at the corporate centre, shows (from left to right) Gorka Espiau, from the Young Foundation, Tony Colville, secretary of the Michael Sheen Foundation, Michael Sheen, the MU lecturer Fred Freundlich and Ibon Zugasti from Prospektiker.
