Krean will build the new phase of the Lascaray-LEA plant
Krean will be Lascaray-LEA’s strategic partner in the development of its new cosmetics production plant in the Júndiz industrial estate in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The company will be responsible for the comprehensive engineering, supervision and management of the construction works for a project of great technical complexity and high strategic value for Basque industry.
A new beginning following the fire
The fire on 20 June 2025 that destroyed Lascaray-LEA’s historic premises in Vitoria-Gasteiz marked a turning point for the company. Now, the construction of a new plant symbolises the start of a new phase focused on reconstruction, innovation and growth, ensuring the continuity of one of the Basque Country’s most iconic companies.
The new facilities have been designed as a modern, automated and energy-efficient plant, in line with the most stringent industrial and environmental standards. According to Lascaray-LEA, the complex will incorporate the highest standards of sustainability, automation and safety, with particular emphasis on fire protection systems.
