Fagor Grupo Mueble obtains FSC certification

Fagor Grupo Mueble (Furniture Group) has obtained certification from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) for its business providing solutions for office environments, marketed under its own brand Fagor Grupo Mueble - Coinma. This control system ensures that the forestry products used in the company’s production processes come from a legal and sustainable source and is part of its commitment to society and sustainable development.

The Canadian Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is a global not-for-profit organisation, whose mission is to promote environmentally responsible, socially beneficial and economically viable forest management in forests all over the world. This label guarantees that the products sold comply with standards during the whole process, from the forests to the final points of sale.

This certification offers an advantage that enhances the firm’s products, whilst also helping us to break into international markets, which are increasingly demanding in this regard. It serves to show that all the raw materials used by the company from forests are certified and comply with all international policies dealing with the supply of environmentally friendly materials.
